We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue or lost commissions, arising from your use of our services or this website.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetLeads LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your advertising or lead generation activities, or any violation of these Terms.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it will be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted remotely. The prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and arbitration costs. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
